The property sits on 27 acres of land for your enjoyment and exploration. Field parking for up to 100 vehicles is available right next to the venue, ensuring convenient access for your guests. For larger events, our overflow parking can accommodate up to 200 vehicles and trailers, making sure everyone has a place to park.
Whether you're hosting musical events, trade expos, or craft fairs, our expansive and welcoming space is perfect for bringing your community together with a touch of Oklahoma hospitality.
Scenic Views
The venue is climate-controlled, includes bathrooms, changing rooms, tables, chairs, and linens, a catering kitchen, free outside parking, and can seat up to 200.
A newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2.5 bath farmhouse that sleeps 10 and features a swimming pool is adjacent to the venue and is available to rent (Inquire for more details).

Cancelation And Rescheduling

We do offer cancelation with a sliding scale for refunds. Clients are permitted 1 reschedule per event.
The Blue Door Farmhouse

Adjacent to the venue, sits a newly remodeled open concept farmhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 living areas, office, & a full kitchen. Perfect for bridal parties, out-of-town guests, or a relaxing evening, offering full access to home amenities, spacious gathering areas, and the pool. Full kitchen access for event food prep. It can be booked as an add-on to a wedding package or through Airbnb.
Event Overflow Parking

Event overflow parking for local events (equestrian, racing, etc.) for $10/car or truck per day, $15/trailer per day, paid in advance.
