Our space is also great for trade expos, craft fairs, business meetings, and dinners. We offer classroom instruction facilities and overflow parking for sporting and equestrian events. Tour The Area

The property sits on 27 acres of land for your enjoyment and exploration. Field parking for up to 100 vehicles is available right next to the venue, ensuring convenient access for your guests. For larger events, our overflow parking can accommodate up to 200 vehicles and trailers, making sure everyone has a place to park.

 

Whether you're hosting musical events, trade expos, or craft fairs, our expansive and welcoming space is perfect for bringing your community together with a touch of Oklahoma hospitality.

The venue is climate-controlled, includes bathrooms, changing rooms, tables, chairs, and linens, a catering kitchen, free outside parking, and can seat up to 200.

A newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2.5 bath farmhouse that sleeps 10 and features a swimming pool is adjacent to the venue and is available to rent (Inquire for more details).

    The Main Event Area Is 58’x46,’2688 Sq Ft. The Staging Area (Used For Buffet Line, Sound Stage, Etc.) Is 22’x46,’ 1012 Sq Ft
  • HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES THE MEADOWS AT MEEKER ACCOMMODATE?
    The Venue Can Host Up To 200 People Inside And/Or Outside
  • PARKING
    Yes! Field Parking For Up To 100 Vehicles Is Available Next To The Venue. Event Overflow Parking Can Accommodate Up To 200 Vehicles And/Or Trailers.
  • SEATING SETUP & TEARDOWN REQUIRMENTS, AND CLEANUP REQUIREMENTS
    Setup And Teardown Requirements Of Tables, Chairs And Tablecloths Includes The Setting Up Of Tables, Chairs, And Tablecloths By The Renter, And Returning Them To Storage After The Event. Cleanup Is Defined As The Removal And Bagging Of All Inside And Outside Trash Generated By The Event, And If Used, The Return Of The Catering Kitchen To Its Original State. Bags, Brooms, And Cleaning Supplies Are Provided By The Venue.
  • WHAT IS THE ALCOHOL POLICY FOR THE MEADOWS AT MEEKER?
    Beer And Wine Are Permitted. Other Alcoholic Beverages Require That The Renter Provide Bartending And Security Service, And Provide, And Obtain Event Insurance And Add JDK Development LLC As Named Insured. Event Insurance Is Available From Providers Such As Front Row, Geico, Progressive.
  • CAN YOU RECOMMEND LOCAL CATERERS?
    Yes! Ladonna’s And L.E. Burgers Provide Local Catering Services And Both Are Highly Recommended.
  • HOW IS THE CATERING KITCHEN EQUIPPED?
    The Catering Kitchen Is Equipped With A Large Refrigerator And Chest-Type Freezer, Large Warming Oven, A Sink And A Generous Amount Of Prep Space.
  • ARE CONFETTI, GLITTER, GLASS, OR FIREWORKS PERMITTED AT THE MEADOWS AT MEEKER?
    No, None Of These Items Are Permitted Inside Or Outside.

Rates and Pricing

Our rates are transparent and affordable.

Venue Rental

  • The Venue Rents For $125 Per Hour, 4 Hours Minimum.

  • Each Additional Hour Is $100. Full Day (8AM To 10PM) Rental Is $750. Call For Multi-Day Rates Or Information On Late-Night (Later Then 10PM) Events

  • Renters Are Responsible For Seating Setup And Teardown, And For Cleanup. Setup, Teardown, And Cleanup Must Be Completed Within The Hours Rented.

  • An Optional Seating Setup And Teardown Service, And An Optional Cleanup Service Are Available. Each Is $150 Per Event.

  • A 50% Deposit Is Required No Less Than 14 Days In Advance. The Balance Is Due No Less Than 1 Day In Advance.

Cancelation

  • Reservations Can Be Canceled For A Full Refund Of The Total Rental Up To 14 Days In Advance, Or A 75% Refund If Canceled Less Than 14 Days In Advance. 

The Rental Property

  • The Blue Door Farmhouse Adjacent To The Venue Rents For $350 Per Night.

Event Overflow Parking

  • Event Overflow Parking Is $10/Car Or Truck Per Day, $15/Trailer Per Day, Paid In Advance.
